A Kansas City, MO, school district allows non-profits to distribute flyers to students re off-campus youth activities/sports, etc. When a Christian non-profit soccer camp requested their flyers be distributed to students along with the others, the school district said No! (Wrong Answer!) The case is awaiting SCOTUS review:

The ACLU Never Quits:
They filed suit against yet another school district recently, this time in Virginia, for including the Ten Commandments in a “Law Display” that also includes the Magna Carta, the Mayflower Compact, the Declaration of Independence, etc. Even though the Ten Commandments is only 1/10th of the 10-part display, ACLU says it has to go! (Why doesn’t the ACLU sue the SCOTUS which has 50 displays of the Ten Commandments inside & outside its building?):
