Too Funny: Back in the day, my father had a searchlight business & hired out to various events (usually car dealership sale-a-ramas, funny car races, etc.) & often we tagged along.

One outdoor event/job my father had featured Ray Stevens with two go-go dancers (one on each side of him while he sang), frantically bobbing up & down, scantily clad in short-shorts & white go-go boots. I remember being surprised, if not shocked & embarrassed, at actually seeing “in the flesh” go-go dancing. Risqué for the time & I was still fairly young. Too funny all around. /TPR
